Now a great way to mitigate the negative side effects here is to make sure that you are supplementing your diet with a large amount of ephedrine earlier in the day. And make sure you experiment with different dosages here so that you do not end up staying up at night. Because if you cannot get a solid amount of sleep every night you are never going to be able to get rid of your arm fat quickly and effectively. Unfortunately, sleep deprivation does slow down fat loss and will also decrease your levels of motivation.
