Minimize Industrial Accidents by Regularly Using Machine Guards

January 27th, 2012

Power outage maps for all 50 states plus as many other countries as I ...The need for Machine Guards has been underlined by the increased accidents in many manufacturing industries. It has been a great concern to health officials that the safety measures observed in many organizations are wanting. They have realized that inadequacy of vital machine guards in key areas such as rotating chains, access doors belt, gear drive power, transmission system, bearing and other special parts have contributed to a large number of accidents. This has prompted them to introduce strict rules in all manufacturing and production industries to guarantee safety to their workers by ensuring that all their machines are guarded constantly. Even though some machines are purchased with user built in safeguards, some others are not thereby necessitating an improvised safety guards before they are installed. Other machines may have had the required machine guards at the time they were installed but after long period of use, the safety guards get worn out and need replacement to ensure continued safety.
